"Looked Way Different Than I Expected"
I bought this tie thinking it would look nice, but I feel like I got stuck with something totally different than what I pictured. The pattern came off kind of childish in person, the colors didn’t look right, and the whole design just felt messy. Maybe I’m just unlucky, but it really wasn’t what I expected at all.

"Silk didn’t feel worth the price"
I bought a silk tie and it was disappointing. It didn’t really feel like silk to me, kind of thin, a little rough, and it wrinkled way faster than I expected. For the price, I thought the quality would be much better. I also expected a faster response when I reached out about it, which made the whole experience more frustrating. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.
"Not quite gift-worthy"
I was hoping this would look a bit nicer in person, especially since I planned to give it as a gift. Unfortunately, it looked cheaper than I expected, so I ended up not feeling great about gifting it.

It looked nice enough, so I was hopeful, but the fit was frustrating. The length felt way too short, and it just sat weird when I tried it on. Maybe it works for someone else, but for me it was a polite no.

"Return was such a hassle tbh"
The return process was a headache. I had to keep chasing them for updates, the instructions weren’t clear at all, and the refund took way longer than I expected. Not ordering from them again, smh...
"Nice items, but hard to justify the price"
The ties and little accessories look nice enough, but the prices felt way too high for what you’re actually getting. I’m careful about spending on things like this, and for me it didn’t feel worth the risk of paying premium prices for pieces that seemed average.

"Nice-looking tie, but it didn’t really hold up"
I bought a tie from Bird Dog Bay my first impression was good. The print was fun, it looked nice in person, and shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there.
Maybe it’s just me, but I expected it to last a bit longer for the price. After only a few wears, the stitching started coming loose and the fabric near the edge got oddly frayed, even though I wasn’t being rough with it. It was disappointing.

"Checkout was confusing and the wait didn’t help"
I found the website annoying to use, especially the checkout pages. They were confusing and I kept second-guessing what step I was on. On top of that, I had to wait in a queue, which made the whole experience feel even more frustrating than it needed to be...
"Not much to choose from"
The selection felt limited. I looked around for a while but couldn’t find many styles I actually liked, so I ended up leaving without buying anything. On top of that, having to go through verification more than once was annoying and just made the whole experience feel like more of a hassle.

"Color looked nothing like what was promised"
I ordered a tie that looked like a really nice blue on the website, that’s the whole reason I bought it. But when it showed up, it was way duller and almost purple in person, which was frustrating.
I know colors can look a little different depending on your screen, but this wasn’t just a small difference. The site made it seem like I was getting one thing, and then what arrived felt like a completely different tie. It kind of felt like they promised one look and delivered another.
For the price, I expected better. I’m disappointed, and I probably won’t order again unless they actually make the photos match the product better

"Left waiting with no real updates"
I ordered this expecting it to arrive when they said it would, but of course it showed up way later. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just stuck checking over and over with no clue what was going on. I needed it for a trip, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. It felt like I was the one left dealing with the mess. I don’t think I’d trust their delivery estimates again

"Nice ties, but the packaging let me down"
I liked the ties themselves, but I was disappointed with how they arrived. My box was a little crushed, it didn’t feel like the item inside was protected very well. For what I paid, I expected the packaging to feel a bit more presentable, especially since I was planning to give it as a gift. It’s not the biggest deal, but it definitely bothered me...

I reached out for help and expected better. The replies took a long time, and when they finally came, they didn’t really solve anything or feel very helpful. I’m disappointed with the whole experience, and I think an apology would be the least they could offer.

"Misleading description and poor stitching"
I’m disappointed with this. The wording made it sound like the quality would be much better, especially for the price, but the seams started coming loose after just one wear. It feels misleading, honestly. I expected something that would at least hold up for more than a day.

"Nice ties, but my order wasn’t right"
I was excited to get these because the styles looked really nice online, and the quality seemed promising when they arrived. Unfortunately, I ordered two ties and one came in the wrong pattern, while the other was a totally different color than what I picked. I emailed customer service and it took a while to hear back, which made the whole thing more frustrating since it was such a simple order. That said, the ties themselves don’t feel cheap, so I’d probably give them another chance if the order accuracy and response time were better

"Always out of stock"
I was trying to grab a couple of ties, but almost every color I actually liked was sold out. The site looks nice and is easy enough to browse, but it got annoying fast. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification again and again, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating than it needed to be.
